Subject of the proceeding: Criminal offenses performed by a camp physician in Auschwitz. Participation in altogether 15 'special actions' ('Sonderaktionen'), during which Jewish prisoners arriving in Auschwitz were killed in the gas chambers by means of Zyklon B. Participation in a number of executions of Polish civilians at the execution site (´Genickschussanlage´). Killing of 6 female prisoners who were supposed to have taken part in a revolt in the Budy penal camp for women, by means of phenol-injections into the heart.
