Subject of the proceeding: Arrest of members of the Polish intelligentsia. Deportation of at least 300 Poles to Germany as forced laborers. Shooting of 64 Jews as a "reprisal" for a bombardment of an airport by Soviet planes. Shooting of men and women who had been arrested as suspected of partisan activities, during "cleansing and pacification operations" as well as shooting of captured partisans. Burning down villages, confiscation of cattle and food supplies and expulsion or arrest of the town inhabitants - in many cases accompanied by mishandling and killing - within the context of anti-partisan warfare in the Soviet Union
