Subject of the proceeding: Seizure and mishandling of civilians and members of the resistance. The arrested persons were transferred to prisons and concentration camps or shot. Implementation of raids, arrests as well as of several execution operations after the attempt on Heydrich's life on 27.5.1942. Supervision of anti-partisan warfare operations during the final months of the war, in the course of which suspicious persons were arrested, mishandled and transferred to the 'Kleine Festung' in Theresienstadt or to other prisons, where a number of them died. Shooting of an arrested and wounded partisan leader. Shooting at a crowd which had assembled on the Market Square of Kolin after news of the German capitulation
