Participation, as head of the Nightingale battalion, in the battalion's mishandlings, arrests and killings of Jews, communist officials and other civilians, in Lemberg and other places in East Galicia, in July 1941. Recruitment of Soviet prisoners of war for the war against the USSR. Killing of recruited prisoners of war, who simulated unfitness, or who refused to fight against their own people.
