Subject of the proceeding: Crimes committed by the administration and guards of detainment centers Dresden I and II, in which death sentences imposed in Saxony and Prague were executed. Severe mishandling of prisoners, in part with fatal results. Harassing and mishandling of prisoners prior to their execution. Confinement of prisoners in their cells during the airraids of February and March 1945, as a result of which more than 40 prisoners died. Transfer of about 1200 prisoners to Leipzig in February 1945 in a transport that lasted several days, without sufficient food and shelter from the wheather. Neglect and refusal of medical assistance by the prison physician
